01 Hoisting. This is a suggestion for on-site construction. In the early stages of construction, the first thing to do is to do a good job in the installation of lifting. If the lifting is not done well, it is easy to cause stress on the membrane material. If the surface force is uneven, one side of the membrane material is prone to tearing, which will affect the progress of the entire project.

04 connector. During construction and installation, it is necessary to tighten the connectors of various parts without any looseness. The connector is equivalent to a hub between various parts. If there is a problem, it will not only affect the entire membrane structure project, but may even cause casualties due to the lack of early detection of this problem.

Rain and snow. During blizzards, due to the accumulation of a large amount of snow, some membrane structures cannot withstand this enormous pressure. Secondly, if the membrane structure building does not have proper drainage measures, when it accumulates to a certain amount, the lighter membrane structure will lead to shape bending, and the worst case is the collapse of the building.

04 Wind force. Everyone knows that membrane structures have great tension and good elasticity, enhancing the external aesthetic feeling and giving the membrane structure carport a more unique visual effect. However, everything has its advantages and disadvantages, and these factors may sometimes hide some safety hazards. Especially in windy weather, membrane structures that cannot withstand strong winds may collapse and fracture. Although newly built membrane structures do not have this hidden danger, over time, everything will gradually age. Older membrane structures need to be regularly maintained to prevent breakage, collapse, unnecessary personal injury, and property damage.
