　　首先雨棚安裝可選擇螺絲安裝法，但注意螺絲的間距，要依板厚做調(diào)整，太大或太小都會影響引發(fā)應(yīng)力，如太大，板無法固定住，太小引發(fā)應(yīng)力太緊，從而造成損壞。非常是自攻螺絲，如果固定在PC板上，螺絲間距太大，板材越不會被破損。另外螺絲孔的大小，還要考慮到板材因溫差產(chǎn)生的冷縮因素。

　　其次雨棚安裝可選擇干式裝配法，將密封膠條壓緊放入壓條內(nèi)，這樣板材膨脹，可自由移動，避免損壞。建議選擇EPDM等密封膠，硬度較高，反之如果選擇PVC密封膠條，由于生產(chǎn)中有添加增塑劑，板材表面易開裂。

　　非常后雨棚在安裝時，可選擇濕式裝配法，主要用于小型場所的使用，如家用車庫，溫室等區(qū)域，濕式裝配法，密封系統(tǒng)一定要能承受板材的重量，就算材料膨脹，也不會影響板架之間的粘結(jié)力。建議選擇中性硅酮膠材料，切勿選擇酸堿性的硅酮膠，否則也會導(dǎo)致固化劑開裂。
